How To Breathe-A Book By Ashley Neese

“One of the biggest questions I hear with new clients is, How can I let go? Instinctually, they know they are hanging on to too much and at a loss for how to release the energetic buildup. As you’ve been learning, freely moving breath in our body is a key sign of health and wellness and a marker of our energetic vitality and strength. So often it’s the beliefs that don’t serve us, the damaging stories that we tell over and over (reinforcing those beliefs), and our behavior patterns (created as a result of those beliefs) that are the root cause of our emotional, mental, and physical issues.”

Ah, letting go, holding grudges, unforgiveness, and so much more. We all do it. I know I’m guilty as charged. The more we hold on to it, the more we suffer. The art of letting go is one to be mastered on a daily basis. Nothing feels more freeing than letting it go. I know for me when I hold on to something it begins to fester deep into my soul, often causing bitterness. This breathing practice has helped me tremendously in so many ways. I encourage you to give it a try and add it to your wellness tools, after all we should all want to live in peace. ~Lisa Bartels, Administrative Assistant, PRS, WRAP Level 1 Facilitator, A.S.I.S.T
