How To Breathe-A Book By Ashley Neese
“Getting in tune with our life force via the breath is a powerful way to tap into our inner wisdom. Intuition comes through the strongest and is most accurate when we are embodied. It’s hard to access your gut feelings when you’re someplace else other than your body. The key with the Intuition Breath is to develop a baseline of the presence so that when you’re out in the world it’s easier to stay grounded, clear, and opened to receiving whatever information wants to be shared with you.”
Intuition, we have all heard of it, some may call it that gut feeling. Have you ever been somewhere and you just have a feeling that something isn’t right? I know I have. You feel it way down in your gut and you just can’t put your finger on it. Well, the Intuition Breath as helped me in getting centered. I may not have always been able to figure out what is actually going on, but breathing through it has helped me in relaxing through it, especially since I tend to be an over-thinker. Give it a try whenever you find yourself in a situation that just doesn’t seem right to you. This technique is recommended lying down, however I find myself doing this breathing technique wherever I find myself. I’ll outline the steps from the book below. ~Lisa Bartels, Administrative Assistant, PRS, WRAP Level 1 Facilitator, A.S.I.S.T
